Chevron Cambodia’s extremely popular in-house café, Coffee Plus, has been in the market longer than most global coffee brands – and its age was showing. The loyalty programme still used traditional stamps on paper, meaning Chevron was missing out on the wealth of data a digital programme could offer. Digitas built a native app for Chevron, leveraging AI and machine learning technologies, incorporating a receipt-scanning module that streamlined the user experience and engagement.
